Absolutely dismal care. I had a dual referral to Dr. Hughes - my sleep specialist and my PCP referred me for separate reasons. Without reading my chart, Dr. Hughes dismissed the diagnosis provided by the sleep specialist and told me she was not qualified to diagnose me based off of a sleep study, fully ignoring the fact that I had already told him the doctor diagnosed me based on my history, symptoms, AND the sleep study results. INSURANCE FRAUD COMPLAINT made against this practice. Dr. Hughes was fantastic. The office staff is terrible. First, I arrived from my 1st appt only to have the office staff say there was no doctor and they cancelled the appt. They were rude when I stated I had a reminder text the night before and was upset because I missed a day of work and my driver did as well. At the rescheduled appt they collect almost $300 from me. The young girl on the phone was very rude in informed me the office is not responsible for returning phone calls or emails and all paperwork is our responsibility to fill out on our own after I explained to her that’s what doctors offices are and she kept saying ma’am, ma’am, it’s not my job and apparently nothing is their job

They are okay but today my grandma had a fusion for her brain this is her second one she had backpain but she doesn’t like to tell doctors so my mom went with her me a and my mom both couldn’t go but I understand that but today there was another person with my grandma and she did NOT LET ANYONE GO BACK WITH HER so we dont know if she is in pain or not.
