I received Botox shots from Dr. Kelly. He took no time at all to forcefully put the shots into my forehead and neck leaving me with bruising and Spock brows which I then had to have fixed by another Dr. When I tried to speak to Dr. Kelly about how I didn’t think he was injecting me correctly and something didn’t feel right, he told me “he’s been doing this for 20+ years so why don’t I wait and see how it turns out.” I complained to the front desk after my appt with the doctor and they said the only thing they could do is put... read more
Dr Kelly was fine. The staff is terrible. I have been off my migraine medication since November because the staff won’t return my calls. I have left several messages. I finally received a call stating they will call my insurance and get me a covered med. that was a month ago and I’ve heard nothing. I called yesterday to cancel my upcoming appointment since I’m not on medication anymore and was told “oh that’s good you called we aren’t open that day”.
they charged me for a "visit" after I sat for 90 minutes before someone came in the room, and then had no record of medical procedures they ordered and tried to make me have them done again. I have called 5x before someone got on the phone about my charges and then said "well they documented the visit, so .." I am filing a complaint with my Insurance and the medical board.

Great doctors, but the wait is ridiculous. Every appt was at least an hour wait. There were a couple of times I had to leave because the wait was so long.
Trying to pay a bill online but can't find any options on the invoice I've been sent or their website. Can't find an email address to contact them either. Does anyone have any contact details BESIDES the phone? I'm not in the USA.
Dr Kelly is the best. He treated me like a person not a symptom. I did have to wait a bit to get in, but it was worth it , I felt like he really was listening and cared about me as a human being. Oh and this was the 3rd neurologist I have been to. I'm so glad to have found Tidewater!
