Nachama is a great person, easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable.
On Dec 18 2024, I stopped their Portsmouth office to return my CPAP machine. I was told that I had to make an appointment and see a provider to get permission to turn it in. I told them “No” I wasn’t going to make an appointment nor was I willing to pay a co-pay just to turn something in that wasn’t working for me, I had been using it for 3-4 months. I don’t know what kind of business they run there. Unprofessional . Waited there over an hour for my appnt and the phone never rang!! Not once . No wonder why it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone because I assume the phone is always on silent. I have left messages for this organisation. It takes them like two weeks to call back and then they’re saying that I only left one message.. I really hope the Military will stop recommending this facility as via referrals. They leave a lot to be desired, worst institution I’ve dealt... read more
