On Dec 18 2024, I stopped their Portsmouth office to return my CPAP machine. I was told that I had to make an appointment and see a provider to get permission to turn it in. I told them “No” I wasn’t going to make an appointment nor was I willing to pay a co-pay just to turn something in that wasn’t working for me, I had been using it for 3-4 months.
