Compost/sifted top soil mix was delivered with logs and bits of plastic in it. It's very poor quality - dries hard as a rock, very little organic content. I'm disappointed.
RecommendedExceptional product, customer service with strong dose of kindness from the cashier and front end loader drivers. I watched how they treated other customers and found this was consistent. Pricing was competitive and product was superior (bulk cedar mulch).👍
Had an issue with a delivery. Tidewateter promptly corrected the issue and made it right. 5 star customer service!
THIS COMPANY WROTE A REVIEW THAT WE BROKE A PROPANE TANK THAT WE FILLED FOR THEM. THIS SECRARTY THAT WROTE THE REVIEW DID NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. AND THEY BROUGHT TANK BACK SO I COULD SEE IT. SO DO NOT WRITE SOMETHING YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT STICK TO NYOUR PAPER WORK
good prices and quick delivery. Frank's driving was exceptionally good!
We received 6 yards of crush and run yesterday. Frank brought it in two loads which made for a small enough truck to ged it in the back yard. He was an ace when it came to backing it in too. I was very pleased with your company's service considering another company told me it could not be done. Definitely 5 star work and we may be back for more if my son's estimate for the drive was off. Competitive price and great service The driver was very skillful. He was extremely careful to avoid damage to my trees. They went out of their way to work in on short notice. Will definitely use them again!
They charged me in the store for a load of sand and then when the driver came out to deliver he said it was cod and charged my wife an additional 300. And gave her a driver inspection sheet instead of a receipt. When I called and asked for help they said because they couldn’t see my purchase on the 23rd that there was nothing to be done instead of refunding my card. I will never again use these crooks.
