I really enjoyed working with Josh, he was very easy to talk to because he actually takes everything you say into consideration. He gives you a very honest opiniont to consider. He kept me and my wife abreast of everything in real-time, never making us feel pressured or uncomfortable. Josh treated us like family and that in it self was very special. I would easily and confidently recommend Josh to anyone I know who is in the market to buy a home.

I would highly recommend working with Josh Ambush at Tidewater. I just closed on my very first house and could not have had a better experience. Josh was patient and informative every step of the way. I was so nervous through the whole process but Josh was there to make sure that I understood what was going on and what the next steps were. I am so happy today to get to say that it's "My House!" and Josh was a HUGE part of that process. I would work with him again in a second!
