Nice that I call roadside around 2:30PM,they give me a ETA and around 4PM when all the shops closes they tell me that they dont have a tire that they first said they do....When I call they act like everything is normal.So easy when im the one that sits around and they dont care

Our experience was wonderful from the time we made the call for service, to the time we picked our vehicle up. My daughter’s brakes went out on her Jeep while driving home from work Friday evening. Tidewater Marine and Truck responded quickly to tow the Jeep, provided an assessment of the problem, provided a timely repair (the job was completed much sooner than we expected), and was affordable with their rates. I would highly recommend them for all of your automobile and towing needs.

Real scammers! It took 8 hours to replace my water pump, and they charged me $3,500.

Highly unprofessional and yet very expensive,the dispatchar does not know what his mechanics are doing,tryied to bill us and the work was not done,road side was ongoing for 7 days and the didn't know to fix it,they just put the truck together and left it like that and then stopped answering the phone and blocked our numbers

Made a mess, didn't replace an air compressor, they made a mess, put the truck off the road for a 5 days and not answering to us anymore. They forgot to disconnect from a call and told to their guy that the truck is a mess. Truck was all good and running except that air compressor that had to be changed.
