FMOs are like Tidewater Management are really not worth the time. They promise you that they will give you leads but when AEP started I received nothing. Then when you ask for a release they get very unprofessional by saying little things like you are the problem. I’m very grateful for one of the carriers representatives for helping me. My very first AEP with Tidewater and they over promised and under delivered. New to Medicare and you want to be successful stay away from this FMO period
