DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK We built a brand new home in 2018. We contracted Tidewater Lumber for our hard wood floors, the install and finish. Ryan Datko from Personal Touch Flooring was Tidewaters installation contractor. They, Tidewater nor Personal Touch Flooring, DO NOT AND WILL NOT stand behind their work. After trying to work with them and going back and forth for almost a year trying to get our floors fixed, we were instructed to hire an independent inspector, at our expense of course, and then sue them.
