I have a right to leave a review of my experience, this office knows I have epilepsy and when I was told I couldn’t eat or drink 12 hours before the appointment they seemed to understand I couldn’t go that long without food or water especially when taking my medicine and they told me I could eat & drink a small amount. But the day of my appointment when they found out I ate a small amount 6 hours before the appointment they canceled and made me pay for cancelation charges of anesthesia fee & the office fee.
I have a right to post a review of what happened even though they threatened to sue me for leaving one. I had an evaluation, and was told I couldn’t eat or drink for 12 hours before the next appointment, I told them I couldn’t do that & I told them about my medical issue & I take medication through the day & can’t get too hungry or dehydrated. Gum grafting with Dr. Cavallari is the way to go for sure. I heard so many horror stories about gun grafting, but his methods make it very manageable.
Great results! Dr. Cavallari has treated my gums (surgery) twice, once 15 years ago and another last December — in different areas. All treated areas are healthy now and look like there has never been a problem, even the area from 2010. Dr. Cavallari explained all aspects of the process, and I knew I was in good hands. Props to the staff for their professionalism and helpfulness. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to my family and friends.
I started seeing Dr. Cavallari and his team over 3 yrs ago to get my left front tooth fixed. His entire team has been OUTSTANDING and very supportive along this journey. Christine at the front desk has provided the most OUTSTANDING customer service that I have ever had at ANY dental office.
