Had a heat pump installed three years ago and nothing but nightmares from this company and the owner Josh. Don’t use them! Too many problems to list here!
I live in Easton, Md and called this company today since they advertise emergency appointments on the weekends. I woke up with no heat in my house, 45 degrees inside, and I was concerned about bursting pipes since it is getting down to 12 degrees tonight. Despite someone being on call according to the person I spoke with, I did not get a return call. If you have a true emergency, you should probably call another company based on my experience.
The team was able to diagnose, repair, and create a preventative measure for future issues on my Rannai boiler when other companies were just looking to upsell me on a new unit. Highly recommended.
Tidewater was efficient and communicative in scheduling and completion of the project. Technician (Kevin) was excellent! I was very pleased.
A very professional company. Always willing to answer all my questions. More than happy to call them for the next 'problem'.
