We built a home in 2022. The LVP was installed and started to buckle. I had to threaten to seek legal action before they would take me seriously. They blamed me sending out a third party floor person who decided that it was a flooring defect. The manufacturer honored the floor warranty and it was replaced end of 2023. Tidewater Flooring/Caroll’s Carpets does great work
Same result as previous reviewer. They installed tile for my builder in our new home. Contacted them several times for help with a problem at just shy of three years. Zero help. Zero response to multiple contacts. Find someone else to do your tile.
They did my flooring a year and a half ago and flooring was buckled very badly and after atempting to get the problem satisfied the completely blew me off. Any way, floor is worse than ever. Hope there happy with themselves.
