Tidewater Flooring has everything it takes to please a homeowner. They were helpful in finding the exact flooring we wanted and arrived promptly for our appointment. I actually value a company that does what they say they are going to do!
Horrible experience - unprofessional, poor installation, impossible to get a hold of once they take your money. No wonder all the reviews I've gone back and read about them are awful! Hired them in October, it's now December and the flooring is still damaged and they won't replace it or refund us - trying to blame it on their vendor instead of taking responsibility and moving forward. They've turned a simple job into a nightmare. Would definitely avoid this company if possible - you will regret hiring them!
