I visited on March 27th. The visit went well. I was told during the visit I would get a call in the following two weeks for a follow up. It's currently June and I have not received a call. I reached out about three times to get information and help. Was never able to speak with anyone or schedule a follow up appointment. Each time I called I waited 30-45 minutes for a response and had to leave a voicemail. After multiple voicemails, I still have not heard back.
I had a very good consultation with Dr Iacobucci and exam by his staff. Looking forward to next steps. UPDATE A month after my initial review I had cataract surgery. The surgery procedure was like a well oiled machine. I'm now in recovery and everything seems to be going well. I have a lot of confidence in Dr Iacobucci. Sometime next year I’ll have him remove the cataract in my other eye. I have complete confidence in him and his staff.
My endocrinologist harasses me every couple of years to get an eye exam. She told me to man-up and go get it done and made a referral to Tidewater Eye Center on Battlefield Blvd. I had my appointment on Thursday 3/7. My experience was extremely positive.
