Everyone it the Chesapeake location is awesome and very helpful
Brought my truck to this location to have an alignment done specifically to recenter the steering wheel, which I was told they could do on the phone. Scheduled a month and a half out because they are busy but heard they are the best. Arrived on my appointment dropped my truck off waited an hour and was told that the alignment was good to go. However, the steering wheel couldn’t be fixed and that it would be an additional charge to remove the steering wheel from the column and resent it with the truck… I explained my frustrat... read more
