Find somebody else who gives a hoot about customer service. I have been seen by them before, they had me in their system, and refused to make an appointment until I got off the phone went and found my secondary insurance number and called them back. I made it clear I was driving and would prefer to just give them the secondary insurance info when I got there for my appointment but they would not do it.
