They are closing this office - I only found this out by calling the Prince Frederick office. I had an appointment here today - no one called, no one sent an email reminder to let me know any of this. I received an email 4 days ago titled "Tidewater Dental Dunkirk | Temporary Relocation." Apparently this won't be temporary. The hygienist I liked a lot at this location isn't working at the PF office either. As a long-term patient of Tidewater, this is making me suspicious of there ongoing commitment to patient care and quality... read more

I had a bad experience with this dental office. Appointments were often rescheduled at the last minute and quality of care was not good. I have never felt so uncomfortable when receiving care at a dentist. I recently switched to a new provider and the new provider even questioned their work, which now needs to be corrected. This let me know I made the right decision to go elsewhere.
Reception area was nice and welcoming. Dentist and assistant were very friendly and thorough
