Purchased a used 17 Club Car Villager LSV five months ago at Tidewater James Island that they were selling on consignment. Got it at a good price and knew the old Trojan batteries would need replacement soon. Last month Josh, Chris and crew at Tidewater installed a new BATTLite lithium. It was professionally done at an excellent price. Loving this new battery will continue to use Tidewater for my Golf Cart needs
Had a very weird experience going into this store looking for a golf cart. I was in a hurry to get back to work after lunch, but I texted the employee requesting more information about two carts. I wasn’t asking for much, just the specific model of a cart that is out by the road. He told me he didn’t know the model, and basically made no effort at all find out about it. We bought a Evolution Ranger D5 from Tidewater. Josh there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as it came to their inventory. What impressed me the most and why I will recommend Josh and Clayton to everyone looking for a cart is their customer service. We recently purchased a golf cart from Tidewater Carts in James Island and had a wonderful experience. Our salesman Josh A was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made our experience great. They delivered the cart out of town for us even on a Sunday!! Absolute great company and would recommend them to anyone shopping for a gold cart!
