We needed a new speed sensor and given a date by Tidewater to pickup at our home. They picked up our cart the morning as promised and by the afternoon we received a call the sensor was in stock and had been replaced! Same day service exceeded our expectations! This is our second time using Tidewater for repairs, very pleased both times! Our new "go to" for cart service. When the time comes to replace our 2013 cart, we'll definitely buy from Tidewater.
