I bought a refurbished/ rebuilt Club Car from Ben at Tidewater Carts in Aiken, and have had a great experience! They did not have it avaliable at the Aiken location so he worked with his other store to have it built to my specs and sent to Aiken, all took less than a week. There was a small adjustment that was needed to the lifted suspension after I picked it up. They were super easy to comunicate with and got it adjusted same day. I would absolutley recommend buying from them and will use them agian in the future!
I purchased my golf cart from TIDEWATER CARTS in AIKEN SC, 2 years ago. I absolutely enjoyed the cart until my grandson wrecked it. It sat in the shop at TIDEWATER for 4 MONTHS while parts were on order. When is was finally repaired, the driver's side tire was 4 inches further back than the passenger side. BEN said it was drivable, as I drove it, the tire scrubbed the bodywork. He told me after I paid the bill, that the frame was bent and needed repaired. then said it would take 2 months to get that repaired. Needless to say... read more
