They have done a terrible job of keeping up our pool in Bridgewater Landing Subdivision
Love this company and how well they care for our community pool area! We’ve gotten to know Steven (our daily maintenance guy) really well over the years and he is THE BEST POOL GUY and all-around good human. We have a salt water pool and the community loves it! Thank you for taking care of FBTS! We appreciate Steve and the team!
During my most recent visit, I discovered the pool was being over chlorinated creating severe discomfort in those that were with me. I’m not sure who’s training or managing. However, in my years of pool building experience, I would expect better from a professional company as widely known as yours. I would not recommend the facilities in Wilmington, NC to anyone.
