Pricey but good place. Downside, response time for maintenance takes forever
I have been living here for about 4 months and am very pleased. It is a quiet, scenic place. The staff is very professional and friendly. Construction just finished the pool, so we are excited for upcoming summer. Gym is small and budgeted for a big complex like that, but whatever. There is no mail room and I think the staff is getting overwhelmed with the amount of packages being delivered to residents. But they are still doing a great job. I would highly recommend this place to future residents.

Brand new apartments with very friendly and helpful management. Very safe, peaceful, and quiet. The location is awesome right next to the water, though with that comes the fact that there are a TON of bugs around the complex. However, we bought a bug zapper and that has helped the problem immensely. All around a great place to live!
