Billing practices are close to criminally negligent. The use overseas call centers that are of no help. It seems they are only trained to say we're sorry. I was told it was company policy that prohibited Tidewater Anesthesia Associates from contacting an insurance company. That makes zero sense as they do business with the same insurance company.
