We saw PA Ken W tonight for my 9 year old daughter's injury. When they brought her back for triage, he saw her crying and immediately came over to assess her. PA Ken calmed my daughter's nerves, and took extra time to answer all her questions. He was kind, patient, compassionate, and most of all-funny. The entire staff was quick, efficient, and so wonderful to us. Thank you for making an unfortunate evening turn in to a better one.

This rating was for the astronomical bill that they give. I had an accident and cut my leg. The service was awesome, doctors were very good. They did get over board with the amount of stitches meaning 21 within 2 inches. Total time out of 2 visits less then 1hr. They didn’t get me antibiotics the first time but caught there mistake second time and blamed pharmacy. No matter my leg healed fine. So i got the first bill, then a second bill and a third. I went here after a fall. I injured my arm/wrist. I had xrays done and was sent home with a splint. They stated "no break". Three days later, in bad pain, I went to an orthopedist. I saw the xrays from Tide Watch. A fracture of the distal end of the radius and a complete break of the distal end of the ulna were clearly visible! I've had 3 surgeries since then and will remain with numbness and a disability for the rest of my life. DO NOT go to Tide Watch unless time is of the essence!

Diagnosis by Dr. Gauby Friday evening was 5 star (accurate, nice bedside manner and treatment by his team went quickly). After abruptly waking from my sleep Friday evening in a life threatening emergency, my husband drove me to the ER. He could have called 911 but we both felt Tidewatch was the place to go. My husband works in HH /Bluffton daily the last 15 years and we owned our first home together in Bluffton/Okatie. It’s day 4 and I am beginning to improve thank you Tidewatch- Dr. Gauby. We've been to our fair share of ER's around the Lowcountry over the years. This one had been the best by far. The hospital staff were on top of things and took great care of my wife. They actually listened to her (instead of dismissing her abdominal pain like the nurses at St. Joseph's Candler on Buckwalter or Beaufort Memorial), ordered the tests she needed, and were able to get to the bottom of the issue. We'll definitely be coming back here for any future emergency issues.
