I first brought my 8 month daughter to Tides of change when she was 4 months. She needed body work pre and post tongue tie release and Dr. Lauren has been so gentle and patient with our little girl who has a connective tissue disorder and hypotonia. She is so knowledge and has kept my mom worries at bay. After seeing how much she has helped my daughter, I decided to start getting care as well! Thank you Dr. Lauren, we can’t thank you enough for helping our family!

After having years of pain I found this office for my back pain. I was feeling better then ever I’m just a few visits with them. I would highly recommend this office to any family or friends in a heart beat.
