I wouldn't recommend this property. There's no free parking. You have to pay for a carport, which is $45 a month. If you want a garage, it's approximately $65 extra a month. You also have to pay for a package that's $110, and $65 of that goes to internet and Wi-Fi. The internet's/cable not worthwhile. You only get seventy channels. You also have to pay fifteen dollars for amenities that you don't utilize. You pay five dollars for pest control and twenty-five dollars for valet trash, which you don't utilize either. manager is extremely nice as well as the apartments themselves. maintenance gets done relatively fast.

(Going to edit this to make it short and to the point) Moved into the place which a bunch of damage has seen in the photos. Normally with damage like this they’d tell you to extend the move in day for repairs but no I was unaware. In short the problem is Demetrius (don’t care to learn how to spell her name) and the management. Daniel is great; he does his best even tho everyone around him is mediocre.
