I would give zero stars if I could. I was told the apartment would be ready by August 27, which is when I signed the lease. However, as of September 2, the apartment is still not fully ready. The patio door is broken, the kitchen and bathtub was extremely dirty(black water), a light is broken, and the trash can hasn't been replaced. I’ve been here a month and while the leasing agent was very nice and helpful, they took awhile to let me know if I was approved or not. When I got my keys, my car was towed the very first day and I was only there for 10 minutes to drop something off. There is only one dumpster in the entire complex and every week it’s filled and pack and people just throw their trash on the ground and it makes the property look rundown and like we live in a bad area and we don’t. I love the style of these homes, but i certainly regret signing a lease here. I am combating cockroaches EVERYDAY. I have been here barely two months and i am going crazy. Also, I have been waiting on the maintenance to replace my dishwasher for a month, they said they were waiting on a new part weeks ago and i still haven’t heard anything back from anyone. They have crazy fees they add on, i was told cable was included, they are still charging me for it and 5000 other random charges. This place is a SCAM.
I see other residents reviewing recently so I figured I’d chime in. The trash situation is disgusting and gotten out of hand. This picture was taken back in March, and every week the dumpster looks like this. It’s a health hazard to just take my garbage out. Why are residents paying more for delayed or extra dumpster pickups at all? This is not a resident failure, this is an RPM and management failure in addressing the contract and service of the trash collectors.
