Takes forever to get something fixed. It's been 3 weeks and the AC is still out. I have to sleep at another persons home because its so hot and uncomfortable. I'm still paying rent on time. Also the place is filthy. It's not worth the money. Looking to see who actually owns the building.
Trash cans are always full than they charge us for the extra trash services because their company they hire is low on staff so they charge us for extra pickups because there crew couldn’t do their jobs in the first place doesn’t make sense not our fault than they send emails every month about the gate finally being closed and different apps we have to use i been here almost 3 years never have I seen the gates closed people almost get hit because people come in from the exit side the complex is a mess always smells like weed ... read more

I see other residents reviewing recently so I figured I’d chime in. The trash situation is disgusting and gotten out of hand. This picture was taken back in March, and every week the dumpster looks like this. It’s a health hazard to just take my garbage out. Why are residents paying more for delayed or extra dumpster pickups at all? This is not a resident failure, this is an RPM and management failure in addressing the contract and service of the trash collectors. Someone on the reviews said they know Demitrious won’t be much help when she picks up the phone and I couldn’t agree more. Every time she picks up I hope it’s someone else. Since we moved in, she didn’t put our initial move in maintenance request, which she said she would do once when we turned in the paper, and twice when we called to confirm if she had.
