Update: This property only have 1 maintenance personnel now. Horrible/Rude management personnel here. The best person in the office quit which was Daniel. Lots of turn overs Overcharged. No parking spots for visitors or residents. You have to pay for a carport ($45) or garage ($65). You have to park three to four buildings away from your unit. Maintenance is horrible, and office staff are not helpful. They're quick to speak about policy but lack in work orders. Very old appliances in units. Trash is horrible; there's only on... read more

I had such a wonderful experience with Eden Park at Bear Creek\! I was looking for an apartment for myself and my son, who was moving from Austin, and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of\. Katlyn and Kenna were absolutely amazing\! They were attentive, patient, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions and make the process as easy and comfortable as possible\. (Going to edit this to make it short and to the point) Moved into the place which a bunch of damage has seen in the photos. Normally with damage like this they’d tell you to extend the move in day for repairs but no I was unaware. In short the problem is Demetrius (don’t care to learn how to spell her name) and the management. Daniel is great; he does his best even tho everyone around him is mediocre.
