Calimari appetizer was excellent Martini was very good. Then I had the scallop risotto. The scallops were very good. The risotto was AWFUL. No truffle flavor at all. All I could taste was parmigiano cheese. Anybody who cooks should know that in Italian cooking you NEVER use parmigiano with seafood pasta/ristto. We went here for a date night get away dinner! We were greeted so well by the entire staff. Katherine was our server! Amazing service. We enjoyed the the perfectly prepared salmon and scallop and lobster risotto as recommended by Katherine!!! Beyond amazing!! We will be back!!
Our 3rd time at Tides in about a year was a quiet Sunday evening. I just love the decor in this restaurant. The deep green velvet upholstered banquettes, the high ceilings and the use of plants create a warm yet sophisticated atmosphere. As usual, we had very good service, and our meals were excellent.
