We highly recommend Tideline Pools & Spas. From start to finish they were amazing in all aspects from customer service to the quality of the job they did for us, which was top-notch. We added a new concrete pad and did an upgrade on our pool by adding a heater and salt water system. Ben and his crew were awesome to work with. If you are looking for a pool/spa company to do a job, look no further, this is who you want to do business with.
Our family built a pool with Tideline last year and we are so happy with how everything turned out & highly recommend them. Ben and Samantha are great communicators, very easy to work with and just generally nice people. Note: we did not have a pool built by Tideline, this review is solely regarding the design/proposal process. Pros: Their design was exceptional, and they clearly put some time and thought into it. They were also very good at answering questions and providing detail around their proposal. 5 stars for the design itself. Cons: Communication and time management.
