First of all the patient advocate just listens to your complaints nothing gets done.its bad enough when your wife finds out she has stage one breast cancer ,then gets non-caring ,playcating attitude.Then after numerous calls ,finally get MRI results ,then her doctor drops her.doesnt want to be her doctor anymore,thats just unbelievable! In my 60years ive never seen anything as bad as that from a Healthcare facility.Dr . They do not answer the phone! We have been waiting for a week for a cancer diagnosis, nothing ,this is unacceptable.l!
Great staff, everyone is very friendly and courteous and knowledgeable in their field. I would definitely recommend this establishment to my family and friends.
