Went to tidelands today 7/9/25. Had to cancel my appt with Frank Clemons because o went to sign in and told them I was getting tightness in My left arm. A nurse cane out and told me I need to see a doctor for that. So I asked can a doctor see me. They said no were too busy. I said so u want me to drive with the pain and if I'm having a heart attack. This is the 3rd. time that I had an appointment and when I got there I was told that Dr. Haleltine left . This time I called the office to confirm the appointment and started driving from Surfside Beach, nobody picked up the phone to confirm, but when when I called billing they picked up right away. They said they had no way to contact the office so I continued driving. The office person said he left and she didn't have another doctor that could see me because they we booked.
