Wish they’d allow online payment for electricity instead of through the telephone. For some reason the computer glitches while repeating back my card information and even my account number, and it happens OFTEN. Just about every single time I call, I wind up calling and hanging up multiple times to retry and fix the issue. And before anyone thinks it’s an issue on my part, this has happened on multiple phones.

We are still going through aftermath of Florence. Tideland has been wonderful in keeping us posted of restoration. We are not there yet but hopefully soon. I wanted to say how helpful, kind, patient and courteous the customer service women have been. They are amazing and especially Karen, Linda, and Dana!
