Very well kept location. Organized with excellent service.
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this place. The attitude of the staff, particularly the women I interacted with, was extremely rude. Regardless of the situation involving a damaged headboard, their communication and responses were unprofessional and disrespectful. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
Great place. Owner so friendly and she even has a small dog who greets you, when the dog is there. I bought this napkin holder and some pretty napkins.
I love this store and have visited the Tequesta location a bunch. They’re welcoming and glad to have you. The NPB location has a very different feel and I was “greeted” as if I shouldn’t have been in there at all, the woman passed by me a number of times before asking me if I needed assistance but not before literally looking me up and down as if I was inappropriately dressed.
