Good Neighborhood I have lived here since December 2017 and I am very happy with my decision to move here. I haven't been in any other communities in our area but find this one to be safe and quiet. The staff are friendly and whenever I have needed any maintenance they are quick to respond and fix the problem. I would recommend this community!
Move them out move them in! This complex caterers to college students so they are so so.They fix them up so the kids can move in.They don't care about there good tenants.
Will Do I lived here for 2 months on a medical rotation. It wasn't the nicest place I've lived, but was clean and quiet. The staff was nice. Thought it was strange that tickets were needed to go to the pool. The parking was horrible. There were not enough spots for the number of tenants and no assigned or covered parking. The amenities weren't great at all. Very plain, but is a safe and quiet place to live. Good for piece of mind if you won't be home often or come home at weird times.
Great Apartment I really enjoyed my stay at Tide Mill.....its a great place to call home. Only two floors!!! Loved it, loved it, loved it!!!
