2 separate occurrences, my item was lost. The dry cleaning back was returned in the lock, in plastic and receipt, but not the item that I left in there. Calling the store did not lead to my items ever being found which cost me both in the charge and replacing the items.

I used this service because I liked the convienience of it. Ease of use was great. However, when I received my items back they smelled AWFUL! I could not wear them they smelled so bad. I ended up contacting customer service and they said they could not do anything because I did not contact them within 7 days. Very frustrating. I do not recommend using this service.
