I received the birthday gift offer each year. I do not have a 2 piece suit so I brought in one sport coat. When he scanned the coupon at checkout it only reduced my cost by 1 dollar. When I explained it should be free he said the terms of the offer was for 2 pieces so the system only reduced the cost instead of making 1 free. Has something changed this year as I have redeemed in previous years (only one sport coat) with no issues and gotten my sport coat cleaned for free? They did a great job and the lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and couldn't have been nicer.
Had two comforters cleaned and they came back looking new, smelling good, and in storage bags. The staff was friendly as well.
