Horrible customer service! The past few times I have been there, the employee took forever to come to the register, I was not even greeted, and then he and she both grunt or mumble. I couldn’t understand either one. Next.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They had my blanket for over a month, and every time I called, I was told someone would “look into it.” Nothing ever happened. Hannah, who works there, was especially rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking customer service skills—both on the phone and in person. Do NOT use this location terrible customer service, lose pieces for weeks on ends, no answers and truly just don’t care. Promises to return calls, find pieces and then nothing. Lost a family blanket my sister brought in that’s been gone for 15 days, and as of today still no answers. Basically said, what do you want us to do? It’s insane. Was a piece my Dad who passed away gave her and they just blew it off. Hoping we still get it back but who knows.

I’m have been bringing my items here for 2 Years no problem now today I go in to drop off 2 items and lady saying I need to fill out a form ! They don’t even have the form!!!!! What a joke! Bye just lost my business!
