I don’t think I will ever be able to fully put into words how grateful I am to the staff here for the way they cared for our little girl during one of the scariest moments of our lives. While we were on summer vacation, our 2.5-year-old daughter had a febrile seizure due to pneumonia and HPIV type 4. Came in as a complex cardiac patient in hypertensive crisis and being discharged no better off than when I arrived . I had no choice in coming here as I was visiting OC , I dont live here. Going over discharge paperwork and being told if I have any of the following symptoms please come back. I said i still have half of these. No response. I was actually told and I quote "There is nothing we can do for you here as we dont want to get involved." This place is horrendous From the wait time to the care - there’s no redeeming quality. They make a special point to be horrible. Rude, slow, disrespectful. And that’s before you see any kind of doctor - if you ever see one, before you die in the waiting room. Sad part is that since everyone already knows it’s terrible they don’t even try to hide it.

My brother was asked by his physician to come directly to the ER Room on 8/26/2026. We arrived around 10:15 AM. We’re still here waiting in the waiting room at 4:430 PM. Not being seen yet. Perhaps with wait times this long in duration, your hospital can ask the patients to return home, put them in a phone cue about an hour before estimated time to be seen asking patients to return to the hospital ER to be seen.
