The nurse practitioner there teaches a lot of medical students which can lead to confusion. One misdiagnosed me. You can decline the students but there is still lack of being informed. I went to renew a medication and was asked to completely undress. I was very confused by this and the practitioner had a student examine my whole body. I thought the exam was a new requirement for my medication but I later found out it was only to teach the student. I feel I should have been informed it was not mandatory and given a choice. Wonderful staff across the board from: reception, medical assistants, blood draws and Allison. She has been a great Provider who listens, takes her time, shows genuine concern/empathy, gives great perspective on issues and the processes to handle them.
Best medical staff ever now. I did not have a good rapport with staff a few years ago. This was before Allison Kidney. Now what a difference........ love them all. Would not change Doctor's again. thank you.
I was wrong. I was 5 minutes late. Ok. I deserve to be turned away even though my toe has been purple, green, red for 3 days.. But my lord, that receptionist is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever met.
