Horrible experience. The doctor who saw me for my pink eye infection refused to give me antibiotics and barely examined me. He acted like I was crazy. I have a bad bacterial infection in my eye and he refused me antibiotics. I’m so tired of not having any voice when I’m mistreated by a doctor. I got upset and left but I’m now not allowed back because I was upset that the doctor barely examined me and acted like he knew what was best. I believe the patients should have a voice.
Dr. Kim is the GOAT, helped me get where I needed to go when I needed brain surgery in 2020. An amazing physician.
I appreciate the prompt responses to my portal messages. Marybeth and her assistant Bradley have consistently followed through addressing my family’s needs and requests . Thank you
