Are you guys ever going to call patients back? Ive been calling leaving voicemails for 7 weeks now, regarding getting in touch with my doctor. I'm having a hard time signing in to the my chart account and I just need to make a damn appointment and request prescriptions. We need an actual person to answer the phone because the robot that just says "you can do all of this on your my chart account" isnt any help. Does help at all. Just going in circles at this point.
Dr. Pareno is a great doctor. She’s caring and knowledgeable . She takes the time to see you as a person not just a patient.
So this is interesting. I was in the hospital for a spiked fever and was treated and released. Dr. Parreno's office contacted me and said they wanted to see me due to my ER visit. I am assuming the ER sent the info to them, So I made an appointment. Remember, they contacted me to make the appointment.
