Dr. Pareno is a great doctor. She’s caring and knowledgeable . She takes the time to see you as a person not just a patient.
So this is interesting. I was in the hospital for a spiked fever and was treated and released. Dr. Parreno's office contacted me and said they wanted to see me due to my ER visit. I am assuming the ER sent the info to them, So I made an appointment. Remember, they contacted me to make the appointment. I took off work and drove a 1/2 hour to her office and waited for about 20 min. when a nurse asked me if I wanted to see Dr. Parreno today. I said what? One star is for the kind, funny medical assistant. One star is for the friendly receptionist. As for the rest of the experience, at least I got my bloodwork completed. Dr. Parreno is rude, condescending, and provided me verifiably false information about medications at my visit that contradicted the Cleveland Clinc, Mayo Clinic, and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Find you a doctor that gives a hoot.
