It’s so horrible trying to get in and schedule to the point where the front office staff will tell you to go to immediate care instead. I already went to immediate care, and my symptoms worsened, so I have been trying to get in to see my PCP for over two days now. I called and spoke to Ellie yesterday. I get we have nothing, but you can call back Friday morning to get an appointment, and if you can’t, there isn’t anything we can do. Dr DeCastro was great very good. Explained everything very well.
I'm hopeful. They were polite and helpful. I have had them schedule 2 other appts. Though the other office I was referred to doesn't have my appt sadly, So right now hopeful but unsure
