Fantastic staff, across the board everyone I engaged with was amazing. Great treatment with professional advise and guidance.
The ER staff was very unprofessional... No greeting for people of color. The ER staff would almost knock you down and would not say excuse me. They didn't introduce themselves... One nurse was very rude with anger..."STEP ON THE SCALE!" I could feel the anger.
I wish I could rate 0. It was the worst experienceI've ever had. We were in the waiting room for 5 hours, and we left to a different hospital.
Great staff and doctors. Thorough examination with all testing needed. Very fast response to all needs for patients, as well as families of patients. I would highly reccomend them.
