I went to the ER today. They drew blood and 7 test values came back ABNORMAL. The NP proceeded to tell me those ABNORMAL values were actually NORMAL for me. I've never been there before, they don't know me. They never explained why! We just giggled behind her back over the ridiculous statement. I hit the road and I'm not going back.
If I could rate it a 0 I would terrible barely helped with anything and gossip all day
Terrible I came there a few weeks ago for my pain in my heart and they barely did anything
I try to avoid the ED (don't we all) but I generally end up there once per year sometimes twice. On one occasion I waited 8 hours in an uncomfortable chair in the hallway. Other visits have been briefer (3-5 hours.) I particularly appreciated Dr Clark Willis who listened very closely and was able to accommodate all my requests/concerns despite it being obviously an extremely busy night.
