Dr. Baxter is hands down the best OB doctor I have seen for prenatal care. This is my 3rd baby and out of all my pregnancies and doctors I have seen Dr. Baxter is by far the most attentive, informative, and autonomous doctor I have ever met. I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and I have seen almost all of the doctors here and he is by far my favorite. I will be back to update after birth 🖤 so far, highly recommend. Poor customer service, when I called I got attitude and sarcasm.
Cancelled my appointment due to “not receiving records” even though I have confirmation from previous doctor that they were sent multiple times. They waited until I was already there to cancel after a 45 minute drive and then still wouldn’t see me to make sure my baby was okay since I was having abdominal cramps and haven’t been seen in 2 months due to moving states. By far already having a terrible experience with this place
Dr. Murphy was quite rude to my 17 year old daughter after she advocated for what she felt was best for her. Dr. Murphy seemed very annoyed that my daughter was not inclined to follow her reccomendation and was very disrespectful in the way she spoke to her. We will not be returning.
