After an MRI tidal health neurology referred me to Tidal Health neurosurgery. I waited for a call that never came. I finally called myself and after explaining what was going on with me the girl on thr phone put me on hold and then came back on to tell.me someone would call me. After another week I called again only to be told someone would call me back ...no one did After another week. At that point I went on my chart and scheduled my own appointment for 4 20. All employees from the front desk staff to the provider and everyone in between have been exceptional. All communication has been promptly addressed and everyone has been so nice! Highly recommend!
