I would give this place negative stars if I could. Every time I call every staff member at the facility has some kind of attitude. I left a message for the PA Dawn a week ago. A WEEK ago and she calls me back to start the conversation as “ Did someone call me?” No “Hi my name is Dawn the PA with Tidal Health.” Lack of Professionalism. Icing on the cake and dumbfounded . I am a patient of Dr.Roman, I was told the best way to get in touch with her is in my chart. I have left messages for her and no luck. Why is so hard to get in touch with a at that office. Earl J
Worst experience in my life. Asked for a cup of water because the water fountains don't work. The nurse asked me if I didn't pass a WaWa (I thought it was rude)? Never received H2O, husband had to go to get it. Left in the patient holding cell for 45 minutes without seeing anyone. Left without any notice. My husband got angry, and they called security. Filed a complaint and was dropped from practice.
Friendly reception and medical assistants. The care turns to crap when you meet the actual NP and don’t bow to the orders. It’s basically “do as I say or be banned from the practice (knowing it’s the only Neuro in the area). I trusted one NP (GK) before who prescribed a medication that damn near destroyed my kidneys, but I shouldn’t question anything CG? Sorry, but I want to live to see 75 at least; I’m only 47 now. Forget those Patient Rights that Tidal Health says you have; you have no say in your care at any Tidal Health ... read more
Worst neurologist you can go to. The staff lied about my meds sent me on a rat race to 3 different pharmacist. And the neurologist "pascall" asked why are you here. "Having tonic clonic in my sleep". Got banned from the office for being rude with the girl that lied to me and my pharmacist twice! Don't go here there a better one in berlin md!
