Omg. Horriable experience ! I blame the Np there for the present condition of the veteran who is brought there i. JULY 25 !! HE WAS FINE THEN I WAS FORCED TO TAKE HIM TO ER WHERE HE STAYED FOR OVER 30 DAYS AN HE GOT WORSECAN HORRIABLE CARE.!!! WE NOW HV AN APPT WITH DR NOT THE NP THANK God. But it will be different this time because if we feel pressured we are leaving an never coming back !!!

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Every time I call every staff member at the facility has some kind of attitude. I left a message for the PA Dawn a week ago. A WEEK ago and she calls me back to start the conversation as “ Did someone call me?” No “Hi my name is Dawn the PA with Tidal Health.” Lack of Professionalism. Icing on the cake and dumbfounded . I am a patient of Dr.Roman, I was told the best way to get in touch with her is in my chart. I have left messages for her and no luck. Why is so hard to get in touch with a at that office. Earl J
Worst experience in my life. Asked for a cup of water because the water fountains don't work. The nurse asked me if I didn't pass a WaWa (I thought it was rude)? Never received H2O, husband had to go to get it. Left in the patient holding cell for 45 minutes without seeing anyone. Left without any notice. My husband got angry, and they called security. Filed a complaint and was dropped from practice.
