I was not the pt.- it was my beloved Mom. I was so worried I don't remember being happy or positive during this visit. No fault of Staff.
We are new to the area so I googled an urgent care facility for my 5 yr old. Google says it’s open at 7:30am we get there at 7:30am for them to tell us urgent care doesn’t open until 9am!!!! I was Livid so we left and we went somewhere else. PUT THE CORRECT TIMES ON WEBSITE AND GOOGLE!!!!
These people literally never pick up the damn phone
