Be advised to not visit this hospital unless you are basically dying. This hospital was great before tidal health took over. Now every patient is just a number. It’s get in, bill you and get you out. There is no compassion for their patients, from the doctors at least. The nursing staff is great. When a doctor tells you I do not recall something about testing, he should no longer being doing this profession. It is the doctors sole job to keep you safe. The hospital has not expanded in years. I was recently rushed to the ER by a family member due to severe stomach pain and the nurses that treated me, especially Cindy, and I really wish I could remember the lady who relieved her later in the evening, were the absolute best nurses I could have ever asked for. Really wanted to say thank you to the two and the whole team at TidalHealth Seaford in general for going above and beyond during my visit.

Wait time was not bad for a Saturday afternoon, all staff was friendly. They treated my infection and I felt like they all genuinely cared.

We have been here for hours. The staff has been rude. It truly shows the lack of care and respect for human kind the American healthcare system has, if you have another option please take it. The people that work here have shown nothing but contempt for even having to work with people in general.
