Dr.Im is the best doctor that I have had the opportunity to meet. He answers all questions thoroughly and does not rush you out. He appears to be genuinely concerned about your health and has great bedside manners. I would recommend him without hesitation.
If I could give ZERO stars, I WOULD!! Worst experience ever! If you want to be treated like a “number” instead of a human being and don’t mind waiting over an hour to be seen (only to be rushed through your appointment) by a Dr. with horrendous bedside manner then, this may be the provider for you. He is demeaning and seems extremely disconnected from his patients . He has no compassion and has way too many patients scheduled at once . This place is an absolute nightmare. My daughter was scheduled to have a Nexplanon birth control device removed. We live in Seaford, but they aren't taking new patients. They receive government funding paid for by tax-payers and therefore should not be able to "gate keep" and deny anyone service. So subsequently we were sent to Salisbury 45 minutes away.
