Dr Jones is fabulous and perfect. HOWEVER Her medical office staff is incompetent , and rude and will not admit when they mess up. My husband had major surgery on his abdomen and was out of work . When he came back to the office to have his staples removed and his disability paperwork signed off on; the medical staff claimed they would have it done and signed and faxed by the end of the day. We waited 3 business days to find out the paperwork was LOST and never signed off on and they literally lied to me on the phone this mo... read more
