Appointment made in January for consult June 11th. Now consult is scheduled for DECEMBER 10th THEN I get in line and wait for the actual colonoscopy. Remember this if you're considering using Tidal Health...ONE YEAR from the initial appointment. Think about that. Tidal Health practices age discrimination. They should be shuttered and closed.
I had appointment with Bradley P Mackler, MD. The secretary called 3 pm left voicemail message ( while l was driving from Rehoboth Beach to Seaford for my appointment) canceled my appointment which was supposed to be 4 PM and I had no idea I arrived and she said the doctor is not here, You're gonna have to reschedule appointment. I said no thanks. That's horrible horrible work ethics. Can't trust.
Should be a zero My daughter spent seven hours for a simple colonoscopy.The doctor and the anesthesiologist LEFT HER. She was still knocked out. Finally a nurse happened by and said she's not supposed to be there and began to bring her up out of the anesthesia which caused incredible pain. Nurse didn't know what she was doing. Then they gave my daughter FENTANYL for the pain. 7 hours after they took her in, she was able to leave. I have been waiting since Feb, 2022 for my colonoscopy. Staff was rude I waited over an hour just to be told they couldn't see me.
Slow to check voice mails for med refills and make appointments need to go in to office so not have to wait up to a week for a response.
