The doctor him self is great. but His staff is completely unprofessional, no bedside manner. The whole place has gone downhill since they changed hands.
Dr. Daniels always enters the exam room with a broad smile and he listens first. I appreciate his professionalism, expertise, and kindness. Office staff are patient, helpful and kind. And, in my experience, they take time and don't rush through - to get to next patient.
My wife and I are very happy with our experience with Dr. Daniels. He is by far the best surgeon on the eastern shore. He's a doctor who explains everything in detail and even calls you at home to explain the x-rays from your last visit. We are grateful to Doctor Giddens for the referral.
