Been coming here for years... never had such a rude tech draw my blood. Ashley had the nastiest attitude. Even worse she is a lead tech.... wow. I asked if she was having a bad day. She is definitely in the wrong field.
Waste of time due to issues with their computer system
LUCI WAS AMAZING!!! She went up and beyond!! I was getting my bloodwork done (usually I have a Panic attack of some sort) she helped me stay calm (I even was laughing!!) and i COULDNT even feel it!!! She made this experience 10X better and I fill be coming back again!!
