Never do I leave reviews anywhere, but I honestly felt like I had to after my experience here. First time going to this lab, i’m four months pregnant, and there were 8 people in line ahead of me, which meant I was standing but didn’t mind at all. I just got to watch what was happening in each room. I’m unaware of the sanitary protocols here, but honestly it seems they have none. Do not go to this lab. They charge astronomical prices for standard annual exam labs that were sometimes over 10x as much as the prices at the Salisbury Tidal Health Family Lab location. My husband went to this location because it was closer to his work and he needed to fast for the labs. The exact same test with the exact same CPT code that costs 17 dollars at the Tidal Health Family Lab in Salisbury costs 170 at this location. The Lab department was rapid in service, prompt and overall courteous. We only waited 15 minutes. Tom was excellent and respectful. However. Kayla in registration was unprofessional using bad English.
Great experience!! So much better than our experience with Labcorp. All staff members were friendly.
Efficient and helpful staff. Very well organized office. Good stick. Highly recommend.
